Sunday email shows sun to sat

Hi there, my teams love the weekly email sent on Sunday afternoon, but since we changed to 2012 the email starts with the Sunday it is sent on. It is a bit confusing since many of the games have already been played. Can it be changed to be Monday through the next Sunday?
